Project Overview
A dedicated platform designed to streamline the sale and acquisition of Affordable Housing Developments, ensuring seamless transactions. The platform supports private messaging, Google Maps-powered search capabilities, sealed bidding, deal listing & tracking, as well as auto PDF invoice generation.
The Challenge
With The Affordable Housing Network, the main challenge was navigating the intricate requirements that were unique, whilst keeping the capabilities within the bounds of WordPress. The client also needed admin capability to monitor all processes on the platform, allowing them to make data-driven and informed decisions about their business.
Process & Solution
We began with a detailed scope & quote session, produced low-fidelity wireframes and a style guide in Figma, then iterated to a high-fidelity prototype. Once signed-off, we built the bespoke WordPress platform, handling every complex requirement in stride.
Results & Impact
As of June 2025 the platform has received 120+ sign-ups, 21 live deals, and lists developments worth £115 m+ (570 + units).
